Nice macrame, fast shipping

Got a macrame wall hanging. Arrived in 3 days. Quality is good. Looks like the picture. No issues.

Great custom tumbler

I ordered a custom tumbler for my sister's birthday last month. The personalization process on the website was pretty straightforward; I just typed in her name and a short message. It took about three days for them to ship it out, which I thought was reasonable for a custom item. Delivery was quick once it shipped, arrived in about four days to Chicago. The tumbler itself is really good quality, the vinyl decal is perfectly applied, no bubbles or anything. She loved it. I had a quick question about care instructions and sent an email, got a helpful response within a few hours. Overall a very smooth experience and a well-made product.

Good product, slow communication

I purchased one of their knitted scarves for myself. The scarf is soft and the knitting is well done, seems like good quality for the price I paid. Shipping took about a week, which was okay. My main critique is that I had a question about the color before ordering, since the photo looked a bit different on my screen. I sent an email and didn't hear back for two days, so I just went ahead and ordered hoping it was the color I wanted. It turned out to be fine, but quicker customer service would have been appreciated. Still, I'd probably order again because the product itself is nice.

Always reliable for gifts

This isn't my first time ordering from Lilac Rose Crafts, and they're consistently good. This time, I got a few seasonal ornaments for Christmas. They arrived exactly when expected, just like my previous orders for greeting cards and a custom tote bag. The quality of their handmade items is always solid, and these ornaments were no exception – detailed and well-finished. I keep coming back because their products are unique and well-made, and I know I can count on them for timely delivery and good customer service if I need it.

Cute keychain, no fuss

Needed a little gift for a friend so I grabbed a personalized keychain. It was super easy to customize it on their site. It shipped out pretty fast and got to me in about five days, which was fine. The keychain looked exactly like the picture, good quality. My friend really liked it, so that's a win. Easy shopping, no problems.
